Each investor we work with requires us to take 20 to 25 pictures of a home and complete a Property Condition Report before they will make an offer.
After that is complete, it will take about 48 hours to gather all of the offers.
The whole process only takes about 15 to 20 minutes to complete. I have provided a link to my calendar below.
